more connections than heknows what to do with. Met Chas in 1995 and the world's been paying the price ever since.

| Started in 1996 by Phil and Chas. Control freaks without peer, they got sick of putting up with the lamers
who ran other IRC networks and crummy web-chat sites. So they started their own IRC server and and figured out why some IRC
admins are so freaked sometimes. |

Initially it started off as a joke shared between Phil and Chas. Just idle discussion about what they
wanted as a domain name for their new IRC server. When it came time to register their own domain name, nothing better popped
into their heads.
So the joke became reality....
